Dr. Carol Moseley Braun
Director
Dr. Braun possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of law, politics, and international issues,
with a distinguished career for over 30 years in government supported by a Juris Doctorate from the University of Chicago. She has served in various positions in U.S. government, including State Representative and Assistant Majority Leader in the Illinois House of Representatives, and Senator from Illinois. Dr. Braun earned the prestigious title of United States Ambassador to New Zealand and Samoa in 1999, serving at that post until 2001. In 2005,
she founded Ambassador Organics, a privately held organic food and beverage company, in which she serves
as President and Chairman.

Janet Linden Cooper
Director
Ms. Cooper complements MWH's Board of Directors with her vast experience in the areas of finance, accounting
and international business. She holds an MBA in finance and international business from the University of Chicago, and has served as the CFO of McDATA Corporation and as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Qwest Communications. Ms. Cooper also currently sits on the boards of Lennox International, Inc., the Toro Company,
and Girls Hope/Boys Hope of Colorado.

Alan J. Fohrer
Director
Mr. Fohrer, has served as a director since 1999. Mr. Fohrer operates as President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern California Edison, a subsidiary of Edison International. He received bachelor of science and master of science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University at Los Angeles. Mr. Fohrer is a registered civil engineer in California and serves on the Board of Councilors for the Engineering School at the University of Southern California and on the Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Business at California State University at Long Beach.

Charles L. (Jerry) Henry
Director
MWH has been privileged to have Mr. Henry as an external board member and director since 2007. Mr. Henry was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Johns Manville Corp., a leading manufacturer of insulation and building products, from 1996 until 2003. Prior to his position with Johns Manville, Mr. Henry served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for DuPont, a global science and technology company, where he had a successful 33-year career. Mr. Henry has been a Director of Georgia Gulf Corp. since 2003 and a Director of Lennox International Inc. since 2000. He has a BS in engineering physics from the University of Tennessee.

Sir John Vereker
Director
Sir John Vereker is currently an Independent Director of XL Capital Ltd, a leading global insurance and re-insurance company traded on the New York Stock Exchange.  Since joining XL Capital’s Board of Directors in 2007, he has contributed to decisions critical to the survival of the company including the selection of a new Chief Executive, raising $3 billion in capital and restructuring the company around key business lines.  He previously served as Governor of Bermuda from 2002-2007 and as Secretary of the U.K. Department for International Development from 1994-2002.
