Third-Party Recruiting Policy
At MWH Global, we do work with third-party recruiters on occasion. Third-party recruiters include agencies, organizations, or individuals recruiting candidates for temporary, part-time or full-time opportunities other than for their own need. This also includes, but is not limited to, employment agencies, search firms, contract recruiters and resume referral firms. We respect the importance of partnering with third-party recruiters and the goals that can be attained when working together to recruit for strategic positions and understand the amount of time and effort that goes into finding the right match. Therefore, we work with a small and select group of third-party recruiters who have signed agreements with MWH and have been selected based on their knowledge in the industry. The selected recruiting partners work closely with internal recruiting staff, have direct contact with hiring managers and comply with all MWH recruiting standards.
If you would like to be considered as a potential recruiting partner, please submit your contact information, an electronic brochure and area of specialty to email@example.com. Please include “Recruiting Agency” in the subject line. While we are willing to create temporary partners, all third-party agreements are based on performance and reviewed yearly. Be confident that we will review your information when/if the need for additional partners or your services arise.
MWH does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters without a previously signed third-party agreement. Any unsolicited third-party resumes forwarded by recruiters to MWH or to any of our managers or employees will be considered public information, may be treated as a direct application from the person identified in the resume, and will not be eligible for placement fee payment to the agency.
