MWH Quality Assurance Program
MWH strives to be the preferred engineering, environmental, and resource development consultant based on a reputation of excellence with our clients.  To that end, the company has developed a Quality Management Program.  This program entails a systematic method for maintaining the quality of our work by establishing policies and procedures to follow when performing this work, and is comprised of the following elements:

  • The Corporate Quality Manual contains the Company's quality policy and quality program, and defines the management structure, interfaces, and strategies used to comply with quality system requirements.
  • The Operations, Standards and Quality Procedure Descriptions ensure consistency and quality of operations between business units.  These procedures provide best engineering practices, working documents, instructions, and industry codes and standards.
  • The Project Management/Execution Plan is prepared and maintained for each individual project and includes, among many other elements, a quality management plan specifically tailored for the project.
  • Quality records may consist of check prints of design drawings, design criteria, inspection reports, audit reports, corrective action lists, status reports, client comments and resolution reports, controlled in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Project Management Plan.
