Description:
United Utilities (UU) owns and operates the water network in North West England and supplies 2,000m litres of water every day via a network of around 40,000km of water mains, 1,444km of aqueduct and over 100 water treatment works. UU is investing around £1.5b on its Non-Infrastructure Capital Programme in AMP 4 and the Integrated Alliance is responsible for delivering £800m of this investment. This includes over 200 water and wastewater treatment projects ranging in value from £2m to £50m. More >>
