Hydrology & Hydraulics Discipline Lead

Carmen Bernedo is a principal Engineer, expert in the disciplines of Hydrology, Hydraulics, River Engineering/Restoration and Dam Safety. During her 19 years as a civil engineer, she has been responsible for and led of a wide range of large water-related projects and studies worldwide. She has been a go-to technical leader for water issues, notably in the mining and dams and hydro sectors, and has participated in more than 30 technical presentations and papers in collaboration with other professionals.  She is also well-versed in international water and permitting issues. She is responsible for the application of consistent global practices and utilization of the right technical resources in hydrology/hydraulics/dam safety. Carmen received her BS in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of Peru and her MS/MSc in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University.
