MWH has successfully met the requirements of CEMARS® (Certified Emissions Measurement And Reduction Scheme).
MWH demonstrated its commitment to managing and reducing emissions after it measured a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2006.
MWH has committed to reducing emissions per £million turnover by 12 percent by 2019 against a three year average baseline (2012-2014). This equates to an annual 2.5 percent reduction in emissions. By achieving this reduction, MWH is realising business benefits through measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The CEMARS certification signifies MWH understands its carbon liabilities and is addressing them with the highest level of credibility and integrity.
