The Construction News Awards are amongst the most prestigious awards in the construction industry this year. MWH has been selected as finalists in two categories; Contractor of the Year and Training Initiative of the Year (for the apprenticeship programe).
A record number of entries were submitted for this year’s Construction News Awards, making the competition for one of these coveted accolades the fiercest to date. This proves the construction industry continues to thrive even in these difficult times.
John Abraham, MWH Treatment Managing Director, commented, “To receive industry recognition from Construction News by being shortlisted as finalists is a great achievement and one we can be proud of. For industry to acknowledge MWH for their apprenticeship programme and their overall capability as a contractor of choice is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of all the employees of MWH.”
Construction News Editor, Rebecca Evans commented: “The construction industry has a lot to shout about and these awards are a part of that and you should feel rightly proud to be among our finalists.”
Winners will be announced on 11 July 2013 at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane where over 1000 of the industry elite will join together for a night of recognition, celebration and networking.
