MWH Treatment has been named as finalist for the British Construction Industry (BCI) Awards in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Initiative of the Year category. The nomination is for the Behavioural Health and Safety in Design applied on the Minworth THP Project.
Renowned for recognizing excellence in construction for the past 30 years, the BCI Awards seek to acknowledge and reward excellence in project delivery, design, construction and, most importantly, delivering outcomes for the betterment of society. They are the only awards of its kind because they call on the whole project team – client, architect, designer and contractor – to showcase their work and demonstrate its impact on society to a panel of judges. This is why receiving the nomination is such a fantastic accomplishment.
Paul Bresnan, MWH Treatment Managing Director for UK Core Water said, “To be nominated for such a prestigious award is an incredible achievement for the all the Minworth team. It is great to see that behavioral safety in design is being recognized by the British Construction Industry.”
The 30th British Construction Industry Awards winners will be announced at a gala dinner on the 11th of October, 2017 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. Good luck to the Minworth Team!
